| Scott Blossom is a Certified Yoga Therapist, as well as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Over the last twelve years, he has extensively studied the relationship between yoga, western physiology, and classic eastern concepts of healing and balance. The grace of his teachers, such as Erich Schiffmann, Dr. Robert Svoboda, and Shandor Remete, has inspired Scott about the place and power of yoga in the modern world. He is known for his humor, kindness, and integrative teaching approach. Scott is on the faculty of the Santa Barbara Yoga Center Teacher Training, and the Integrative Yoga Therapy Teacher Training Program. He recently did a presentation on yoga and Ayurveda at the San Francisco Yoga Journal Conference.
